Abstract

33. It is early days in the National Programme but already a great deal has happened. At the beginning it defined its aims and chose a strategy and working procedures to achieve those aims. The consequences of those early decisions are now emerging and provide interesting information for students of educational innovation. Various problems have emerged which the Programme must try to solve within its life-time. These will command the attention of the Directorate as well as efforts to expand the range and depth of computer applications in education and training.
