Abstract
Internet enterprise organization (“EO”) with representation of enterprise alliance (“EA”) and virtue enterprise (VE) is now a prevailing form of organization in developed countries. This paper attempts to put EA and VE together in a systematic analysis way. We first explain some basic problems on EA and VE as two forms of Internet organization in Internet Economy, such as their concepts, forms and differences, then, we discuss how EA and VE come into beings with the theory of transaction cost, we finally draw a conclusion and further develop the effects on them in China.
