Abstract
This paper describes two simple and easy to use communication harnesses for transputer systems: one for a system with ternary tree structure and one for a system with cube structure. We tell about the purpose of a general communication harness and present 2 implementations. We demonstrate the performance of the harnesses on some applications. The transputers are installed in a PC using 2 B008 motherboards. The programming language is occam2 running under the occam2 toolset.
