Using Object-oriented Techniques to Model the Lifecycle for OO Software Development

  • Conference paper
OOIS’96

Abstract

A new software engineering process is described in detail The unique features of this “contract-driven” 00 lifecycle model, which follows good object-oriented principles and is embodied in the third-generation 00 lifecycle methodology, OPEN (= Object-oriented Process, Environment and Notation), are highlighted. These focus on project management, quality, metrics and process support.
