Data protection:

Under certain jurisdiction, personal data can only be gathered legally under strict conditions, for a legitimate purpose. Persons or organizations that collect and manage personal information must protect it from misuse and must respect certain rights of the data owners, defined by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction concerned

Defamation:

Defamation refers to the publication or posting on a social networking site of a false statement (written or oral, for instance, contained in a video) about someone else that causes harm to his/her reputation

Intellectual property rights:
