Abstract
This paper presents an interdisciplinary co-design approach for a serious game that elaborates on social media’s diverse potentials and underlying design principles. The contribution of the following methods to our game design are discussed: workshops, interviews, group discussions, participant observations and surveys. We argue that an informed approach to the use of social media can promote a more reflective involvement with it.
