Innovation Strategy of Productive Farm—A Case on Taiwan Mushroom Industry

Abstract

Taiwan edible mushroom has good quality and a reputation processing technology excellent, to enhance and extend the value chain, enhance the mushroom industry, diversified development and added value. Combine Leisure Farm in Taiwan edible mushroom industry business model. Edible mushroom Leisure Farm improves the economic value of agriculture, the development of agriculture experience economy; improve the quality of service activities. In Level 1 and Level 2 for the basic industries, the development of Level 3 travel services industries, the last is a combination of Level 6 industries’ development. In this paper, we offer a common value chain analysis of the construction of edible mushroom Leisure industries, and through personal interviewing, case analysis, to understand agribusiness industry value chain activities to achieve the value of innovation strategy. The study is Taiwan Edible mushroom agribusiness owners. Findings provide Farm and agribusiness the specific approach by the mushroom industry innovation strategy as a future reference for the management plan.
