Abstract

In given article it is shown how in the Russian Federation in whole and in St.-Petersburg in particular there was an environment for digital transformation of sphere of allocation of the state services and a technological platform and how now on the basis of this platform interaction of subjects (executive powers of the government of St.-Petersburg (further – EPG) and receivers of the state services) is carried out.
