Abstract

This document is intended to provide an overview on decentralized autonomous corporations (DACs) based on the blockchain technology. We provide definitions of (1) DACs, (2) secure multiparty computation – a secure multiparty protocol for authorizing transactions, and (3) autonomous agents – a set of computer programs that carry out some set of operations on behalf of users. We conclude the document with an application for financial-portfolio management.

Notes

  1. 1.

Because of the size of the phase space, that is the number of metric parameters, a clustering algorithm, such as k-mean, may be use to assign a cluster to the data point. If the distance of the data to the centroid exceeds a threshold value, the DAC can request human traders to vote.
