Abstract

The Software-Defined Network (SDN) will be the key system for efficient management and control in Fifth Generation (5G) networks. In this paper, we propose a Fuzzy-based system for admission control in 5G Wireless Networks considering SDN. The proposed system considers slice utility, delay time and grade of service to make decision on the admission control. We carried out simulations for evaluating the performance of our proposed system. From simulation results, we conclude that the considered parameters have different effects on the admission control decision. When User Request Delay Time (URDT) is increasing, Admission Decision (AD) parameter is decreased. But when Grade of Service (GS) and Slice Utility (SU) are increasing, AD is increased.
