Abstract

China’s social and economic development, science and technology development, national income level and quality of life rapid improvement, consumer demand presents a diversified and diversified trend. Especially since the 21st century, fitness as a new fashion concept has been widely recognized and introduced. In economic times, people’s pursuit of fitness is becoming stronger and stronger. The sports consumption expenditure of Chinese residents increases year by year, and its proportion in the total economic expenditure increases significantly. The public - oriented sports health club has emerged at the historic moment and has become an important part of the sports industry economy. Different groups have different needs for sports clubs. How to turn potential customers into real customers requires us to start from the needs of customers and improve them. By collecting a large amount of data and using SPSS data analysis technology, this paper analyzes the needs of potential customers, and according to the needs of potential customers, provides Suggestions for the development of sports clubs, and actively guides the healthy development of sports clubs. In the future, the development of sports clubs should adhere to the people-oriented concept, actively guide people to participate in fitness, explore and improve from all aspects, and provide higher quality for the public. To provide services for club consumers and promote China’s social and economic development.
