Abstract
To solve the problem that there are many functions of the smartwatch for the elderly, but they do not meet the real needs of users, this paper investigate to use Kano model to obtain the personalized functional requirements of smartwatch for the elderly and the order of the demands importance degrees, in order to provide guidance for the design and development of the smartwatch for the elderly. Uses Kano model combined clustering method to identify and screen the personalized functional requirements of the elderly smartwatch in the current market, in order to determine their attributes of Kano demand and the hierarchical model of the personalized requirements of the elderly smartwatch was constructed. Then it uses entropy method combined with Kano model to calculate the weight of the personalized function requirements items of the bottom of the hierarchy model, analyze the user’s personalized function requirements index for the elderly smartwatch, and determines the importance order of the personalized requirements items to guide the design of the elderly smartwatch. Based on the user’s personalized functional requirements, the hierarchical model of the elderly smartwatch’s individual demands was constructed, which intuitively reflected the importance ranking of the target user’s personalized requirements for each function, and provided certain reference for the smartwatch suppliers who are about to engage in mass customization production. Personalized requirements acquisition and screen method research can improve the user satisfaction of the elderly smartwatch, so that the mass customization of the elderly smartwatch manufacturers can reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
