Abstract
The body movement is composed of a series of postures, and it is possible for some learners to enhance the training effect by becoming conscious of the transitions from one posture to the next as movement. In the case of squats, the movement contains standing and flexing-posting posture factors, and the effect is enhanced by making them aware of the difference between ideal and current posture with some instructions. However, when watching general video teaching materials without coach by individuals, it is difficult for learners to be aware of movements and correct them. In this study, the system generates symbols to present instruction for the movements. The marker pointing movements are attached to a learner on the video by using AR marker to distinguish movement from a change of the posture. We developed and evaluated a video system to support so that a learner became conscious of the movement as improvement steps.
