Abstract

Suzhou, a historic city located in the Yangtze River Delta region, with rapid economic development, is facing challenges and opportunities in building its city brand. From the perspective of social change, using the methods of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, this paper tries to study the brand image of Suzhou city in different periods through the viewpoints from local respondents of different age and background to come up with and analyze the problems encountered by current Suzhou city brand image building, proposing creative strategies and thinking.
