Abstract
With the advent era of global economic integration, E-commerce in China has been gradually changing the economic mode, commodity circulation and consumption. Facing the complex, dynamic and changeable external environment, how to put forward effective management countermeasures for the sustainable development of E-commerce has become one of the hot topics that the business community, academia and even the country urgently need to face. Based on the concept of E-commerce evaluation developed by OECD and the characteristics of rural E-commerce localization development in Gansu, this paper divides the rural system model into three subsystems: preparation, application and influence, and uses causality to analyze the E-commerce as a complex system analysis of the internal dynamic mechanism of each subsystem. Finally, the paper draws and verified conclusions on the basis of test and simulation results.
