Evaluation Model Construction and Empirical Analysis of Rural E-Commerce Logistics Service Quality

Abstract

Taking the rural e-commerce logistics service as the research object, this paper analyzes its characteristics and influencing factors, constructs the evaluation system of rural e-commerce logistics service quality, and uses the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation model. The research shows that the evaluation result of rural e-commerce logistics service quality in Wuhan city is good, which is in an important period from “good” to “excellent”.
