Abstract

Since the systems used in society are becoming more complicated and multifunctional, it is desired to provide effective information to the users about the usage of them. In this research, the multiple IoT speakers environment that provides appropriate information to the users using voice was constructed. The IoT speaker is composed of a single-board computer and a small Bluetooth speaker. By attaching the IoT speakers to various objects, information presentation environment where various objects can talk is constructed. In this environment, the user can acquire necessary information based on the detection by human sensor or the conversation between the user and various objects. In this research, the multiple IoT speakers were installed in the multifunctional restroom and an evaluation experiment was conducted to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed system.
