Digital Transformation and Organizational Operational Decision Making: A Systematic Review

Abstract

The digital transformation concept is related to how organizations utilize the power and possibility of technology like cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and IoT technologies, to enhance the business operation and customers’ experience or create new business lines and methods. This study introduces systemic review literature focusing on the organizational perspective of operation decision-making approaches under the digital transformation umbrella. Finally, the study concludes with a set of previous studies’ gaps and provides new research venues.
