Human Computer Interaction Design of Online Shopping Platform for the Elderly Based on Flow Theory

Abstract

With the development of aging population and the popularization of Internet technology, the elderly population has gradually become a new force that can not be ignored in online shopping. In order to solve the lack of psychological research on human-computer interaction design of online shopping platform for the elderly, this paper introduces the flow theory to analyze the flow experience elements of the elderly group, and summarizes the design methods of the human-computer interaction of the elderly online shopping platform from the three aspects of the flow conditions, experience factors and flow results, which fully shows the attention to the psychological and emotional needs of the elderly groups.
