Abstract
With the continuous progress and development of the times and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, consumers’ consumption concepts and behaviors have gradually changed. In various industries, the rapid development of network technology and computer technology, the gradual popularization of Internet technology, and the development of online shopping and e-commerce platform have also promoted the change of consumer behavior and consumption concept. Computer technology has a far-reaching impact on trade investigation. Under the background of rapid development of computer technology, consumer behavior has also undergone tremendous changes, which has promoted the change of the direction and mode of trade management. Consumers’ consumption behavior is more independent, and their consumption concept pays more and more attention to service and quality. However, the traditional transaction management can no longer meet the consumer’s consumption needs, and the consumer’s consumption goals can not be understood in more detail, thus reducing the probability of consumer transactions. Therefore, in view of the change of consumer behavior, this paper discusses the influence of computer technology on trade development, and puts forward some problems, which need to be solved.
