End User Experience Evaluation of Map Navigation and Location Service

  • Conference paper
  • First Online:

Abstract

The Map Navigation and Location Service is one of the most popular service types. To analyze the quality of the end-user experience, we identify the key indicators of quality of experience (QoE) for these services, and estimate the weights of these indicators. Based on the SERVPERF model, we collect the feedback data of college students and workers to build an index system of map navigation and location service. Using this index system, we can help users choose high-quality map navigation and location service, and to improve the end user experience for these services.
