Abstract

The rapid development and growing competition among mobile companies actualize the need to work out approaches to modern enterprise management in this sector, which must be aimed at increasing the social and emotional value of services for consumers. The ability of an enterprise to make a desired impression on the consumer will determine the company’s competitive position and success on the market. Thus, the problem of increasing the competitiveness of services provided by telecommunications companies using digital tools is important. Moreover, since the convergence of information and telecommunications technology is fast, the popular concept of a business eco-system aimed at forming the service value chain has become wide-spread. This paper studies the effects from the integration and interaction of info-telecommunications enterprises. First we reveal the link between the competitiveness of an enterprise and its business model system, then we focus on studying the impact of various types of relations on the values of the customer, competitor and other participants in the eco-system. The results obtained give grounds for understanding a complex interplay between the participants of the created added value in the eco-system of mobile business.
