Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of developing projects in collaborative environments within the Bologna Process framework and the European Space for Higher Education context as a rewarding tool for the professional future of University students, attempting not only to provide them with the traditional technical competences, but also with relationship, communication and negotiation skills and competences. In this experience, the development of multidisciplinary projects acts as a common thread for the resolution of real problems, by connecting the thematic of those projects to the areas of knowledge of the subjects participating in the initiative. The skills and competences acquisition levels results after the completion of the pilot project have been very satisfactory, compared to those obtained in previous experiences. We would also like to point out that this type of teaching methodology can be made extensible to any other subject matter in which teamwork is a value in itself.
