Abstract

Collections of digital media, personal, professional or social, have been growing ever larger, leaving users overwhelmed with data. Learning from the success of multi-dimensional analysis (MDA) for On- Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) applications, we demonstrate the M3 multi-dimensional model for media browsing and the associated P3 photo browser and O3 media server prototypes.
