Abstract
Based on the variable-ratio function, the geometric model using Pinion Cutter was proposed, which effectively solved the simple algorithm of tooth profile of non-circular geer. Based on the given variable-ratio function, the equations of non-circular geer pitch curve is derived. The equations of tooth profile is determined by the processing principle of slotting gear, and the numerical algorithm and PRO/E modeling is used to get three-dimensional model of non-circular geer. Meanwhile, based on dynamics simulation software ADAMS, the simulation of gear teeth meshing was analyzed. By means of calculations on some examples, it proves the correctness, conciseness, generality and innovation of the algorithm.
