Abstract

Recently, as jammers have to face to a large number of enemy networking radars, the method of netted jamming is proposed, and become an active area of research. However, because of the data transfer rate and time limitation, how to manage the finite jamming resource still remains a tough problem. Two multi-agent coordination mechanisms including the coordination based on Center Control and the coordination based on Commitments and Conventions are taken into this resource allocation modeling. Finally, a confrontation scene is designed to check these two allocation methods, and the results shows the coordination based on Commitments and Conventions is of great feasibility and more effective than the other mechanism.
