Abstract

The key technologies of information processing and transmission layer of IOT (Internet of Things) are studied in this paper and the intelligent sensor technology is adopted to collect the monitoring data. Regarding the parameters of the biodiesel in production workshops which need to monitor, combined with the complex industrial production environment, reasonable information acquisition software and hardware platforms are constructed to realize the real-time dynamic monitoring of temperature and pressure, the automated acquisition of monitoring data, the preprocessing of monitoring data and the online analytical processing of the data reliability, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving and environmental protection.
