Abstract

The dissemination of ads in an ephemeral network has become an important research topic. A challenge of ad dissemination is the guarantee of robustness such that rational nodes in the ephemeral network have sufficient impetus to forward ads, despite facing the limitation of resources and the risk of privacy leakage. This paper proposes a strategy for ad dissemination in an ephemeral network. Acknowledging the assumption of incomplete information, we propose a bargaining-based gameG D that can be used by nodes to decide whether to forward an ad. There exists Bayesian Nash equilibrium in G D with which the proposed approach provides nodes a strong impetus to disseminate the ads with higher dissemination accuracy.
