Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the design, implementation and performance test of GPU-based parallel processing technology in deep packet inspection (DPI) field, which is used for building high-speed network traffic processing applications using low-cost hardware. Meanwhile topics in the paper include principles of GPU parallel computing, and how they’re applied in pattern matching, signature inspection, state inspection, self-learning, multi-classification and some other aspects.
