Abstract

Currently, the mobile communications business has become a major driving force of China’s information communication industry. This means that a wireless communication network needs to provide better quality of service. An excellent base location planning is the basis of building high quality wireless communications network. Early period, the way of dependent on experience and field measurements manner is costly and inefficient. Under this background we propose a new idea – station Location optimization CAD System based on the HOOPS cooperative mode. This station Location optimization CAD System effectively takes advantage of CAD technology and geographic information systems and it makes Rapid configuration technology and multi-target solution techniques Cooperative based on HOOPS flow.
