Abstract
Document examination and approval system is a typical workflow system. Based on real OA (Office Automation) system, the Petri net modeling workflow is discussed in this paper. Three typical procedures are modeled by Petri net, which are delivering the document management, receiving the document management, and multi-level document examination and approval. Petri net modeling methods and technologies are showed. At the last, Petri net system activity, boundedness, and deadlock are discussed.
