This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 14th International Conference on Practical Applications of Scalable Multi-agent Systems, PAAMS 2016, held in Sevilla, Spain, in June 2016.

The 9 revised full papers, 10 short papers, and 16 Demo papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 58 submissions (39 full paper and 19 Demo paper submissions.
