Abstract

The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities implies an increase in participation in employment for individuals with cognitive disabilities. In this process, assistive technology plays an important role. This paper shows results of how a technical assistance system providing cognitive support can promote participation in the field of employment.
