Abstract

In this paper, a swarm robots formation control algorithm based on the first-order consensus algorithm was introduced. A modular, low-cost and powerful swarm robots experiment platform which can be used as a mobile wireless sensor network was developed. Simulation and experiment results indicated the effectiveness and applicability of the formation control algorithm.
