Abstract

This paper briefly introduces the technical design and development based on Cloud-based GIS in the Smart Yellow River emergency system basic situation, focusing on system design and development process in the data interface, GPS mobile positioning, spatial database and other technical issues in-depth study and exploration, that the Yellow River GIS must be designed to closely follow the development of GIS, System goal is to solve the technical problem in GIS design.
