Abstract
This study took two listed companies, Song Ho Industrial Corporation, Ltd. and Chih Lien Industrial Corporation, Ltd. as samples to explore whether internationalization might have influence on value drivers. The evaluation base date was on December 31, 2014. Our empirical results found that the major rankings of the key value drivers of the international company represented by Song Ho were gross profit margin, change of capital cost; revenue growth rate, respectively. Contrarily, the important rankings of the key value drivers of the local company represented by Chih Lien were change of capital cost, gross profit margin and revenue growth rate, respectively. These empirical findings might give some suggestions to the management to enhance their firm value efficiently, and guide investors how to modify their portfolios while the key value drivers change.
