Abstract
Decentralized state-feedback method for stabilization of descriptor fractional positive discrete-time linear systems with delays in state-space vector is proposed. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the decentralized stabilization of the descriptor fractional positive discrete-time linear systems with delays in state-space vector are established. The proposed method is based on decomposition of the descriptor system to standard and algebraic subsystems. Numerical example is given.
