Abstract

The automatic solution of mathematical problems is one of the difficulties in the research of mathematics intelligent tutoring system. In recent years, the construction of corpus wins more and more attention, and is applied in various kinds of domains, especially in natural language processing. This paper is aimed at elementary mathematics statistics applications. We collected the university entrance exam questions, review questions and the relevant knowledge of 2008–2014, and then formed a corpus consists of the formalization of corpora in XML. The construction of the corpus is to make computer understand and then deal with the applications of elementary mathematical statistics, it’s the foundation for automatic solution of the applications.
