Abstract
With the increasingly important role of software in industry and society overall, the traditional ways of organizing are becoming increasingly outdated. To remain competitive, companies need to adopt a new, digital business operating mechanism. In this paper, we present such a system consisting of four dimensions, i.e. speed, data, ecosystems and empowerment, and three scopes of work, i.e. operations, development and innovation.
