Abstract

After rollout agile methods to an organization with many teams the question is how aligned are these agile teams to the organizational process framework and the team specific internal agile procedures. To address this question and fullfill requirements of the ISO 9000 context the Agile Center of Excellence of Volkswagen AG introduced in 2017 the agile project review. This review is applied to random samples of projects and make the results transparent in a gamification fashion.
