Abstract
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)) aims at harmonizing the legal framework for the Protection of Personal Data in the EU and, at the same time, strengthening the current regime for the protection of personal data for natural persons.
