Abstract
Traffic information grid(TIG) is a grid application which uses grid technology to resolve traffic problems. TIG can utilize grid resources efficiently to resolve the city traffic problems such as uniform access to distributed heterogeneous traffic information databases, the computing of the dynamic shortest path, the showing of the dynamic traffic information. In this paper we present a scheme of TIG framework based on OGSA and implement the prototype system of TIG. The scheme of TIG is feasible by the experiments of the prototype system.
