Abstract
Whereas XP has established itself in the project managers’ repertoire, there are still many issues concerning the administrative implications surrounding XP teams and the organisations within which they operate, Knowledge Management being one of those issues. This paper examines the interplay between XP and KM principles and seeks to show that while “pure” XP is incompatible with KM, agile KM can be achieved with few modifications to the XP process.
