Abstract
We propose a method to develop a meta system of multilingual machine translation by reusing free online automatic translation engines. This system can process and translate a homogeneous or heterogeneous document (multilingual and multicoding). This system’s purpose is to identify the language(s) and the coding(s) of the input text, to segment a heterogeneous text into several homogeneous zones, and to call a better MT engine for the target and source language pair and to retrieve the translated results in the desired language. This system can be used in several different applications, such as multilingual research, translation of the electronic mails, construction of multilingual Web sites, etc.
