Abstract

In the paper we consider a linear system with nondecreasing controls and a convex cost functional. Basing it on classical methods and the theory of Γ-convergence we prove an existence result and formulate a sufficient condition for well-posedness and necessary conditions for optimality. We also explain the physical meaning of the problem under study.
