Abstract

Information Technology, and in particulay the Internet Technology, has been developing very rapidly and as such it is difficult to predict the level and extent of Internet usgae in business operations. However, expert predictions show that Internet-Based Business Operations already started to change the way of conducting business. The early the firms adopt the Internet-Based Business Operations, the more likely they will survive and compete with their rivals (Cronin, 1996a).
