Zusammenfassung

Wir präsentieren hier erste Ergebnisse einer neuartigen und vollautomatischen Methode zur Ermittlung von räumlichen Proteinexpressionsmustern in stratifizierten Epithelien. Das Verfahren basiert auf der Bildanalyse von immunhistologisch gefärbten Gewebeschnitten. Exemplarisch wird die Anwendbarkeit dieses Verfahrens anhand der Expression von fünf Strukturproteinen demonstriert.
