Abstract

This paper presents a system for identifying persons who have proper skills to form a specialized team capable to execute self-managed projects of research and development. Such identification is based on techniques of textual information retrieval applied on a document base of résumé s. The system has been evaluated with data from real projects and the results observed have shown that the system can automatically identify persons to collaborate in research projects.
