Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop an evaluation system for performing the initial evaluation, operational evaluation, and post evaluation of the collaborative information system that will support new product development of mould companies in KOREA. For these, we derived the CSFs and KPIs for evaluating the collaborative information system. And, the derived KPIs were applied to the design collaborative information system, which is the outcome of the e-Manufacturing project, and pre evaluation and post evaluation were conducted. Quantitative indexes were evaluated through the web-based evaluation system, whereas qualitative indexes can be evaluated through surveys.
