Abstract
Current dynamic changes in healthcare organizations have forced the organizations to consider wide improvement of their activities and to adopt the use of new information technologies in all the organizations’ activities. Recently, there have been high demands for collaborative medical services between western and oriental medicines. In the organizations, core competences driven medical service partnerships can offer competitive advantages in medical effectiveness and expenditure. This study is performed to evaluate the feasibility of collaborative medicine system and to propose a modeling concept and architecture on the web-enabled environment.
